In 1852, Christian Friederich Diehnelt brought his love for beekeeping from Rosswein, Germany to the meadowlands of Wisconsin. The new home of their honey, abundant with fresh clover and wildflowers during the summer months, inspired him to begin an apiary. Five generations later, Honey Acres is still producing the finest honey in Wisconsin.
About the honey: Pulled from the hives of a master beekeeper with a 150-year legacy at hand, this very sweet grade a domestic honey is strained, not filtered, bearing the purest and best tasting honey. Earthy and softly floral, Honey Acres’ yield is Kosher parve certified. And about the best addition to Greek yogurt you can imagine.
